Well, it's my last 20 hours of singleness and I'm surprisingly calm. I really wanted to say something profound about the past 27 years of my life, the new chapter that will start tomorrow...but I really can't think of anything.
See ya on the flip side!
I finally bit the bullet and bought a 10-class package at quad spinning in Oakville. I was the only person in class today so I even got a pseudo PT spin session!
I also rented a pair of these funky shoes:
They are really nice and the stiff sole keeps my arches from hurting.
My goal for at least the next 10 days is to eat REALLY clean (P2 lite, SBD for those of you keeping score at home) and push myself to the limit with every workout. I say at least the next 10 days because you know I am not going to be one of those women who let themselves go after marriage and look like shit for the rest of their lives.
On a whim at the grocery store today, I decided to buy a red rose boutonniere ($6.50) for Greg and a little matching wrist corsage ($17) for me. Looking at bridal bouquets online, they are mostly over $100, which is why I didn't want flowers at first, because I cannot justify three figures for something that lasts at most a couple of days. But ~$30 I can deal with!
