Don't be afraid to eat at my house
On the SparkPeople message boards, there's often posts from people who are invited to a gathering at someone's house and they're worried that it will be impossible to stay on track with healthy eating. You certainly don't need to worry about that if you came over to my house! I'm having a BBQ on Sunday and this is the menu:
Salt-free tortilla chips, salsa
Raw veggies with organic dill dip
Organic hamburgers on whole grain buns
Green bean & potato salad (made with Greek yogurt, recipe from the current issue of Best Health magazine)
Grilled corn salad (pictured)
Vegan chocolate mousse with whole grain double chocolate chip cookies
White sangria with lots of fruit
