Insoluable fiber, you could chew your teeth out nad it would still come out the other end. Somtimes the digestive trac will break it up enough so you cannot tell what it was, but it will always come out.
Congrats on the weight loss, 4 more lbs and you will be at your goal. Your one of the few I have seen that really exercises...not _ "I did 20 minutes on my stationary bike" type.
