How do you measure success? Has your idea of success changed since you made the decision to become healthier?
I have to admit that I still define success mostly according to the numbers on the old scale. A 'good day' is when I've exercised vigorously and eaten few or no 'off plan' foods in controlled quantities. I've never taken body measurements on a regular basis. I don't find my clothes fitting better as time goes by for some reason. My pants from 3 winters ago are still tight across the waist despite the scale saying I've lost 15 pounds since then. Am I bitter? Of course I am.
