What is your favorite on-program recipe? Please share it with us...
Yoga Journal's Miso Noodle Soup
You can basically substitute whatever veggie you have on hand in this recipe. Tofu is also a great addition. I usually omit the sesame oil because I don't think the flavour meshes very well with miso. And you don't need 2 different kinds of miso, whatever one kind you have will do nicely!

I've always been weary of miso soup, but i never knew the ingredients. Sounds pretty good now that I know. :smile
