Skinny

I think I'm going to buy some diet pills today, I am controlling my eating to mostly low fat foods, fruit and veggies and exercising like crazy, and it's not working.
Typical week of exercise:
Tuesday: stability ball class with weights, 60 min
Wednesday: high-impact step, abs, yoga, 60 min
Thursday: bootcamp (high-impact step with strength training), yoga, 90 min
Saturday: step and sculpt, yoga, 120 min
...and long brisk walks whenever I can...
I feel SO fat and absolutely despise the way my gut hangs out of my pants and flaps around in the breeze. Did you know that even when I was 95 pounds I still had a flabby gut? I totally regret not getting into fitness back then, I might be in better shape today.
I MUST lose that gut flab...or else!
Current stats as of this morning: weight: 123 pounds, height: 5'2", BMI: 22.5, body fat: 29% (unacceptable) bust: 35", waist: 33", hips: 36"

I personally wouldn't recommend diet pills, you're just begging to be thrown on the yoyo cycle if you do that.
If you really want to lose weight you need to have some oldschool cardio in that workout. Try the treadmill (over 3.6 speed), eliptical trainer, and the bike. (The bike is the least recommended of the 3)
At least have 30 mins of one of these or a couple combined, 3 times a week and you'll see results.

I really hate exercising on my own, and high-impact step IS cardio.

I never said it wasn't cardio, I just said if you wanna lose weight you're better off with the oldskool stuff :p

diet pills aren't good for you. Just keep working out and eating right and don't get obssessed about it. Please 5'2'' and 123 lbs....that doesn't sound bad at all. You will get there. Hey I am 5'8'' and 165 lbs and I am happy where I am , only a dog want a bone baby!

And oh yeah you have to burn more calories than you are taking in. Just cos you are eating low fat food doesn't neccessarily mean it is not high in calories. You need to be more concerned with that.
Eat low calorie foods!

Hey
You arent fat but if you want to loose a few pounds a few things I have found affective are to not eat after 6 pm and eat fruit for breakfast each morning but nothing else. It helped me.

Hey
you have to learn it's no crime to be a little overweight.. you need self-confidence to be beautiful, not some highly trained body. now i'm really thin and still i don't feel pretty, rather ugly and stupid to mess up my body and health. good luck to you all! love, m.
