Unlike all those bandwagoners out there who will undoubtedly be taking down the flags from their car windows today, my team allegiances don't change. It's more than skin deep. Below the epidermis, to be exact.
*sigh* it was depressing. and I, like you, HATE bandwagon jumpers! They never watch a bloody game during regular season and when the playoffs come round it's all like "GO LEAFS GO". They lose and then it's suddenly "Leafs SUCK!". Grr.
Well next year!
(oh; wow you're a true dedicated fan, I wouldn't have the guts lol)
Oh and I hate the Sens too. I say underdogs (excluding the Sens) all the way!
at the same time, they aren't the team that has had the best playoff history! They have succesful seasons, yes, but if you look over their playoff history...they've only gotten past the quarter finals twice I believe. So in that respect, I wouldn't say that they are a team that people EXPECT to win (i.e. NJ, Detroit, Colorado, etc)

Allegiance is something that everyone respects, especially hard core fans.
